Customer Reviews
Good value with newsletter offer
I was looking for a good deal on a cake for my daughter's Kindertorte. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 5% discount, which was a nice saving. The Erdbeertorte I chose was delicious and felt like a good amount of cake for the price I paid, especially with the discount. Shipping wasn't free, but the overall cost still felt fair for a delivered custom cake. Worth it.
Easy birthday cake order
So, my friend's birthday was coming up, and I needed a cake. I just hopped on TortenPrima's site, picked out a Schokoladentorte, and ordered it. It was super easy, honestly. The cake arrived on time, looked nice, and tasted pretty good. Everyone at the party liked it. Definitely saved me a trip to a local bakery.
Consistent quality, reliable delivery
I've ordered from TortenPrima a few times now, and they've been consistently good. This last time, I got a Maracujatorte for a small gathering, and it was just as fresh and delicious as the Geburtstagstorte I ordered last year. Delivery took 4 days to reach Berlin, which is standard for them. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they always deliver on it.
Smooth experience, quality cake
My recent order for a Motivtorte was quite smooth from start to finish. Placing the order online was straightforward, and the customization options for the design were clear. The cake arrived well-packaged and cooled, which was impressive considering it traveled across Germany. The delivery took exactly 3 business days as estimated. The cake itself was visually stunning, matching the preview, and tasted fresh. Customer support was not needed, so I can't comment on that, but the overall process gave me confidence in their service for future purchases.
My new favorite cake place!
Oh my goodness, I just received my custom Fototorte and it's absolutely perfect! The photo quality on the cake was amazing, and the cake itself (I chose Käsesahnetorte) was so moist and flavorful. I was a bit worried about shipping, but it arrived perfectly chilled and intact. I can't wait to order again for the next big occasion. Seriously, you have to try them!

Are these guys legit? Like, the cakes actually look as good in person as they do online? And taste good?
Does anyone know if you can use more than one coupon code at checkout? I have a newsletter one and I think a new customer one.
How do their cakes compare to like, DeineTorte? Or even a supermarket one like Coppenrath & Wiese? Worth the extra cost?
Can I get a discount if I sign up for their newsletter? Or is that only for new customers?
Hey guys, thinking of ordering a birthday cake for my friend in Berlin. How long does it usually take for delivery to arrive there?
